Earthquake in Vanuatu rattles Port Vila

UnitingWorld is relieved to report that all is safe and well in Vanuatu, following the 7.5 magnitude earthquake that struck the Pacific nation yesterday at approximately 4.30 pm. The undersea quake is reported to have shaken buildings for 15 seconds in the capital city of Port Vila, though no significant damage has been reported.
