Church Solidarity
Our Church Solidarity programs are brought about together with our partner churches. These programs are grounded in our Christian faith and support ministry and communities.
The partner-church relationship is integral to the work of UnitingWorld and at the heart of every thing we do.
Some relationships are nearly 100 years old and form ‘a kind of international intimacy’ between the Uniting Church communities in Australia and those of our partners.
UnitingWorld advocates in Australia on behalf of our partners on the issues that effect them , transforming both their communities and ourselves in the process.

Right now, there are 2.8 million sex workers in India. 35 percent enter the trade before they are 18, and 40 percent of people who are prostitutes in Mumbai originated in Nepal.
By supporting UnitingWorld and the Church of North India (CNI) through this appeal, you can play a vital role in preventing sex trafficking and child labour in India, as well as rehabilitating survivors.
