Great New Placements coming in March, 2013!

Thank you for your interest in undertaking an Experience international volunteer placement with a Church Partner of the Uniting Church in Australia. We are always delighted to hear from people with a heart for our International Partners.

UnitingWorld works with Australian church communities and people to connect them with our many church partners across Asia, the Pacific and Africa, building links and changing lives. Much of our work focuses on those on the margins of society and that means that most of our volunteers go into unpaid positions, giving their time energy and resources to serve on behalf of all members of the Uniting Church in Australia.

All placements are at the specific request of our international church partners. They nominate any projects in which they would like to have a UCA volunteer and we then begin the process of shared dialogue as we develop these and place a volunteer in the host church community, generally for at least three months. UnitingWorld Experience is absolutely committed to providing excellent care and support for our volunteers.
