InSolidarity 2012
International exposure visits to partner churches
Interested in combining your love of travel with supporting people from the Uniting Church in Australia’s partner Churches? Looking for a short-term overseas ‘experience’ where you actually engage with local people?
Do we have an experience for you!
InSolidarity teams are part of the Experience Programs of UnitingWorld, offering an introductory opportunity to people who would like to engage with and learn from our international partners, but who aren’t able to volunteer for a longer period at this stage.
2012 opportunities include…
Kiribati – 18th-30th March
Visit our partner the Kiribati Protestant Church and learn about the work they do and the current challenges they face with climate change and rising sea levels. This trip will be led by Bruce Mullan, the Associate Director for Church Connections in the Pacific.
